At Helvoriq S.A. (hereinafter, "Helvoriq", "we") we value the privacy of users who visit helvoriq.com. This policy describes what personal data we collect, for what purpose we process it and what rights you can exercise, in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Act 25,326 and other applicable regulations.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter form (name and email) and technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) obtained through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of the processing
Data is processed to send you updates on real estate crowdlending in Argentina, opportunities published by Helvoriq, informative content, quality surveys, statistical measurement and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (Articles 5 and 6 of Act 25,326) and, where applicable, on the legitimate interest of Helvoriq to operate and improve the site.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as an active informative relationship exists and, where applicable, during the legal retention periods. You can request removal at any time by writing to hola@helvoriq.com.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We use service providers (email delivery, web hosting, analytics) under processing agreements that guarantee the same level of protection required by Argentine regulations.
7. International transfers
When a provider is located outside Argentina, we verify that the recipient country offers an adequate level of protection or we require standard contractual clauses, in line with Provision 60-E/2016 of the Public Information Access Agency.
8. ARCO rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and removal (ARCO) under Act 25,326 by writing to hola@helvoriq.com and attaching identification. The Public Information Access Agency is the supervisory authority.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access controls, periodic reviews) to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with its corresponding update date.
